Buhle Dlamini

President & Founder

International Business Speaker and Author.

Buhle is an international leadership consultant, motivational speaker and facilitator. Over the past 14 years he has addressed global audiences in four continents including executive leadership teams from major companies such as JP Morgan SA, Unilever, Barclays Bank and Samsung. He has also addressed student groups at various institutions of higher learning, including Yale University in USA.

Buhle brings a wealth of global experience as a speaker on leading diverse talent and creating a winning environment. Raised in a Zulu village in South Africa, Buhle has become a top international speaker and entrepreneur today. Starting his first consulting firm at the age of 23, he's also the co-founding member of Heartlines a values TV films initiative and co-founder of Columba Leadership a Leadership Academy for young leaders. He met Nelson Mandela and received an award from Desmond Tutu for Nation Building.

Now based in Canada he founded Mindgro Consulting. In addition to this, he's an author and a sought after international speaker, speaking in Canada, USA, Australia, UK and his native South Africa. He holds a certificate from Harvard University in Fundamentals of Strategy.

Stacey Dlamini

Co-founder, Director & Project Manager

Stacey Dlamini is a dynamic facilitator and trainer who is also co-founder of Young & Able (South Africa) and MindGro Consulting (Canada). She has worked with numerous organisations including The Salvation Army in Southern Africa as the National Projects Director, overseeing projects across 4 countries. She also worked with Heartlines a Mass Media and Community Development Organisation helping leaders in tough communities come together to solve difficult problems. She was a co-founding member of Columba Leadership South Africa an organisation that runs leadership academies in schools across South Africa in partnership with Columba1400 in Scotland.

She holds a degree in Political Science from Acadia University and Higher Certificate in Project Management from Edinburgh University. She brings a fresh, participatory approach to her topics and is an excellent and Qualified Project Manager.
